ok Križanec is the managing partner and director of the law firm OPKR d.o.o.
He advises clients primarily in the field of commercial law, with a focus on information technology, intellectual property, insolvency, and corporate law. He also works in the field of civil law, handling real estate, inheritance, and contractual matters, as well as in criminal law. He has extensive experience in resolving commercial disputes and regularly advises domestic and foreign companies on various legal matters.
